text-indent: 28pt"> </div> <div style="line-height: 28.5pt; text-indent: 28pt"><span style="font-size: 14pt">一、引</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">言</span></div> <div style="line-height: 28.5pt; text-indent: 28pt"><span style="font-size: 14pt">我国的农业要实现由粗放经营向集约经营转变，必须强调处理好经济发展与环境保护的关系。生态农业是由资源浪费的粗放经营向资源节约的集约经营的成功模式，是由破坏生态环境的掠夺式经营走向资源开发利用和资源保护相结合的有效途径，将成为我国农业和农村经济可持续发展的必然选择。</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">自</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">1984</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">年我国国务院颁布促进生态农业发展的决定以来，我国生态农业建设在振兴农村经济、改善生态环境和促进社会发展中取得显著成效。但是，我们在肯定成绩的同时，也不能忽视我们的农业生产中还存在着一系列问题。长期过量使用化肥和农药，导致土壤板结、肥力下降、农残超标，微生态环境恶化，造成粮食增产越来越困难，农产品品质不断下降等问题愈加严重，这些都是实现我国农业可持续发展的潜在威胁。为此，商务部中国国际经济合作学会和农业部中国农业国际交流协会特联合举办“</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">2010</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">首届中国（国际）生态农业博览会”（以下简称“博览会”）。</span><span style="letter-spacing: -0.1pt;
